AI Disclosure

Version 1.00
Archonius AI builds systems that handle outbound, voice, and chat on behalf of our customers.
This page says what our systems do and where a human is involved. It applies to every product we ship and to every customer running on our platform.
The short version
If you ask who or what you are corresponding with, your question goes to a person at that company, and they will answer it. If you ask to stop, it stops.
What is automated
| Product | What it does | Human in the loop |
|---|---|---|
| AI SDR | Writes and sends outbound email, responds to replies, books meetings | Questions about automation route to a person at the customer |
| Voice AI | Places and answers phone calls, holds live conversation, routes to a human | Escalation to a human on request |
| AI Chatbot | Handles website and in-product conversation | Escalation to a human on request |
| Marketing AI | Drafts campaign content | Customer reviews before publish |
| Sales Call Analyzer | Transcribes and analyzes recorded calls | Output is advisory only |
How automation is handled
Email. Outbound from AI SDR does not carry an automation label. If a recipient asks about the nature of the correspondence, the conversation routes to a person at the customer, who answers it.
Voice. Voice AI announces at the start of every call that the call is recorded and handled by an automated assistant, before any substantive conversation. This announcement cannot be disabled. This is a call recording consent requirement, not a preference.
Chat. The chatbot identifies itself as automated in its first message of every session.
Escalation. Questions about automation route to a human. No Archonius AI system asserts that it is a person.
Personas
Our customers run outbound under named personas. A persona is a brand-consistent identity for an automated system. It is not a claim that a specific human being wrote the message.
We require that personas:
- Do not use the name or likeness of a real person without that person's written consent.
- Do not claim credentials, employment history, or qualifications.
- Do not assert that they are a human being.
Escalation to a human
You can reach a person. Ask the system to connect you to a human, or reply to any message asking for one. Voice AI transfers or takes a callback request. Chat routes to a queue. Email routes to a monitored inbox.
Response time depends on the customer running the campaign, not on us.
Opting out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or any clear request to stop, in plain language, in any channel. You do not need the exact word.
Opt-outs are applied across every channel that customer runs on our platform, not just the one you replied in. They are permanent.
If an opt-out is not honored, email abuse@archonius.ai with the message and we will act on it directly.
Call recording
Where Voice AI records a call, it says so at the start of the call, before substantive conversation. We apply all-party consent as the default regardless of what the local law requires, because our customers call into every jurisdiction.
If you do not consent to recording, say so and the system will end the call or continue without recording, depending on the customer's configuration.
Models we use
Our systems are built on large language models provided by third parties. Current providers are listed in the sub-processor table on our Trust and Security page. Model outputs are generated, not retrieved. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or confidently wrong.
Nothing generated by our systems is a professional opinion, a legal representation, a pricing commitment, or a binding offer unless a human at the customer confirms it.
What we will not build
- Systems that assert they are human when asked directly.
- Voice cloning of a real person without that person's written consent.
- Synthetic media presented as a real recording of a real event.
- Automated systems that make final decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, or healthcare for an individual.
These are product constraints, not aspirations. They are enforced in the platform and in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Regulatory note
Disclosure obligations for automated commercial conversation are expanding, and requirements differ across jurisdictions and change frequently. We do not treat this page as the legal minimum. We treat it as the standard we hold regardless.
Customers remain responsible for compliance in the jurisdictions they operate in. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
