Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: July 31, 2026
Version 1.00

This policy governs use of the Archonius AI platform. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If you violate it, we can suspend or terminate your account.

We wrote this in plain language because you need to be able to hand it to your SDR team and have them actually follow it.

1. You are the sender

Archonius AI provides the system. You decide who to contact, what to say, and on what basis. You are responsible for the legality of your campaigns, including under CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, state telemarketing and auto-dialer laws, GDPR and ePrivacy where applicable, and CASL where applicable.

We are not your compliance department. We give you the controls. You configure them.

2. Data you upload

You represent that for every record you upload or connect:

  • You obtained it lawfully.
  • You have a lawful basis to contact the individual.
  • You have honored any prior opt-out or deletion request from that individual.

Do not upload:

  • Purchased or scraped consumer contact lists.
  • Records obtained from a data breach or leak.
  • Records you are contractually barred from using for outbound.
  • Special category data. That means health, biometric, genetic, precise geolocation, financial account numbers, government identifiers, and data revealing race, religion, political opinion, union membership, or sexual orientation.
  • Data about individuals you know or should know are under 16.

3. Prohibited uses

Do not use the platform to:

Deceive. Impersonate a specific real person, a company, or a government body. Misrepresent your identity, your company, or your affiliation. Send messages designed to look like they came from someone else. Use a lookalike domain to imitate a third party.

Harass. Contact anyone who has opted out. Contact the same person after a clear request to stop. Send threatening, abusive, or intimidating messages. Contact anyone at a volume or frequency that a reasonable person would consider harassment.

Break the law. Run campaigns for illegal products or services. Evade sanctions or export controls. Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or securities violations. Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of any person.

Deploy in high-stakes contexts without human review. Do not use platform output as the sole basis for a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on an individual. That includes credit, insurance, housing, employment, education, and healthcare decisions. A human has to review and decide.

Attack. Probe, scan, or test the security of the platform without written authorization. Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls. Introduce malware. Reverse engineer the platform or use it to build a competing product.

Misuse the models. Generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes self-harm, incites violence, or facilitates the creation of weapons. Extract model weights or system prompts. Use the platform to develop a competing model.

4. Outbound conduct

  • Every email campaign must include a working opt-out and your real physical postal address.
  • Honor opt-outs immediately. Do not require a login, a reason, or a multi-step process to unsubscribe.
  • Do not contact numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry or applicable state registries without a documented existing business relationship or express written consent.
  • Respect calling time restrictions in the recipient's local time zone.
  • Do not spoof caller ID or use a number you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not use the platform to send SMS without express written consent that meets TCPA requirements.

5. Automation

Platform output must not assert that an automated system is a human being. Questions about automation are routed to a person at your company. See the AI Disclosure.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend access during an investigation. Depending on severity we may issue a warning, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate it.

We will act without notice where the violation is causing ongoing harm, exposes us to legal risk, or threatens platform integrity.

Termination for a violation of this policy does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to: abuse@archonius.ai

If you received a message from an Archonius AI customer and want it to stop, use the opt-out in the message. If that does not work, email the address above with the message and we will act on it directly.

8. Changes

We update this policy as the legal landscape changes. Material changes are announced to account administrators 30 days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or to address an active threat.
